Our Massage Modalities:

Swedish: Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. It’s sometimes called a classic massage. Using long, gliding strokes, this technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension and stress.

Deep Tissue: Deep tissue uses slower, more sustained pressure to access muscles that are tight, constricted, or have scar tissue build-up. Excellent for releasing deep tension associated with repetitive strain, poor posture, or old injuries.
Breaks up knots and adhesions, helping restore full range of motion to joints and muscles.

Prenatal: Targets areas strained by pregnancy, such as the lower back, hips, legs, and feet. Uses gentle techniques to enhance circulation and relieve fluid retention and swelling (edema). We offer a specialty pregnancy pillow where mom’s to be can enjoy their treatment while laying on their stomach. This service is available for those in their 2nd and 3rd trimester.
