Breathwork with Denee

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, somatic practice that uses a continuous, circular breath pattern to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness. Unlike everyday breathing, this technique removes the pause between inhale and exhale, creating a rhythmic and intentional flow that gently opens the body and psyche.

In sessions, you are guided to breathe in a way that bypasses the analytical mind and taps into the body’s innate wisdom. This process can bring up suppressed emotions, energetic blockages, or physical tension held in the fascia—allowing them to rise to the surface, be witnessed, and released.

This style of breathwork can lead to profound insights, a felt sense of connection, and an expanded state of consciousness. Whether your intention is healing, clarity, or deep rest, this practice helps you reconnect to the truth of your body and the intelligence of your breath.

Our First Event is on January 30th at 7pm

Space is limited so if you feel drawn to come sign up soon!

We will be offering this once a month so check back for additional dates.
