We're looking for someone dependable who loves connecting with people. . . and doesn't hate cleaning!
Responsibilities
Lead Float Facilitators responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting and checking clients in and out
- New client orientation
- Answering phone calls
- Email correspondence
- Cleaning between sessions and end of day, deep clean of tanks and filters 1 day a week
- Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs (bags of Epsom salt)
- Training staff, scheduling massage therapists
- Pool chemistry and more. . .
Multitasking with ease is essential to success in this position. You must also enjoy working with people and communicating professionally.
Experience Desired
- 2 years customer service or retail sales experience
- General computer, internet, email experience. Experience with Google Sheets is highly preferred.
- Prior floatation experience a plus!
- Ability to quickly learn our POS system (Meevo)
- Flexible on available hours
- Detail oriented
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Compensation: $20 hourly pay+ tips + PTO + spa perks (Free floats and discounted massages!) $15/hour for training hours until you can perform all tasks to open and close by yourself (typically 2 weeks- a month)
Hours: Regular hours during the week and one weekend day. Flexibility to cover vacations or sick days of other employees. Generally 25 - 30 hours per week. Willing to work with the right candidates schedule!
